AgentCX Labs has unveiled the Founding Beta phase of its innovative Agent Builder Studio, a platform designed to empower agencies and business process outsourcers (BPOs) to create, brand, and deploy AI agents without the need for coding expertise. This prompt-based tool allows users to articulate their specific AI agent requirements in simple terms, after which the platform generates a proposed agent configuration. This setup includes the model, knowledge base, actions, and system prompts, all of which can be fine-tuned by users before rolling out to clients.
The platform acts as an orchestration layer, enabling agencies and BPOs to leverage their existing AI infrastructure rather than committing to a single AI provider. Users have the flexibility to integrate their accounts with various AI model providers, voice and messaging platforms, databases, and knowledge-base services. Among the supported providers are OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Retell, Vapi, and ElevenLabs. Additionally, the system offers white-label features, such as custom domains, client subaccounts, branding controls, and agency-managed billing, allowing agencies to deliver AI solutions under their own brand.
Among the initial offerings from Agent Builder Studio is a white-labeled Web Chat Agent, now made available to customers of AgentCX Labs. Agencies have the ability to personalize the agent’s greeting, branding, and knowledge base before implementing it on a client’s website. The Web Chat Agent is equipped with features like lead capture, human handoff, and optional CRM integration via webhooks. The Founding Beta is also being expanded to cater to additional applications, including CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and Slack-based AI assistants.
AgentCX Labs emphasizes that the platform is crafted to aid agencies and BPOs in broadening their AI service offerings while retaining control over their existing infrastructure, client relationships, and branding. Currently, Agent Builder Studio is accessible through an invite-only Founding Beta, and the company is actively seeking applications from interested agencies and BPOs wishing to join the program.
